Welcome to tons-shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” or “We”). Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using any services provided by this Platform. By accessing, browsing, registering, or making purchases on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

I. Confirmation and Modification of Agreement

Platform Rules form an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement.

Modified terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without individual notice. Your continued use of the Platform services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the latest updated agreement.

II. Account Registration and Usage Rules

  1. Registration Eligibility: You confirm that upon completing the registration procedure or actually using the Platform services in any other manner permitted by tons-shop, you possess the civil capacity corresponding to your actions as stipulated by laws. If you do not possess such qualifications, please use the Platform only under the accompaniment or with the consent of your legal guardian.
  2. Account Security: Upon successful registration, you will receive a tons-shop account and password. You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account and password and bear legal responsibility for all activities conducted through your account and password. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account or any security vulnerabilities.
  3. True Information: During the registration and usage process, you must provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Should there be any changes, you are responsible for updating it promptly. You shall bear all losses or disputes arising from false or inaccurate information.

III. Product and Service Specifications

  1. Product Information: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product images, prices, inventory, and descriptions on the Platform. However, in rare cases, pricing errors or information lags may occur. If we discover an error in product information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and communicate with you accordingly.
  2. Order Formation: When you submit an order through the Platform and complete the payment successfully, a sales contract relationship for the goods is established between you and tons-shop.
  3. Prices and Payment: All prices on the Platform are settled in RMB (unless otherwise specified). You must complete the payment through secure payment methods recognized by the Platform. We will arrange shipment or provide corresponding services only after successful payment.

IV. Delivery, Return, and After-Sales Service

  1. Delivery Service: We will arrange shipment to the address designated in your order. Delivery times vary depending on logistics providers, geographical locations, and unexpected circumstances. In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, traffic controls, etc.), delivery timeliness may be delayed.
  2. Return and Exchange Policy: To protect your rights and interests, tons-shop strictly complies with relevant laws and regulations. If the products you purchased meet the platform’s published return and exchange criteria (such as products supporting unconditional returns provided they do not affect secondary sales), you may apply for a return or exchange within the specified period. Please refer to the “Return and Exchange Policy” updated by the Platform from time to time for specific procedures.

V. User Code of Conduct

When using tons-shop services, you must comply with national laws and regulations, and must not use the Platform to engage in any illegal, infringing, or socially immoral activities, including but not limited to:

  1. Publishing, transmitting, or spreading content that violates national laws and regulations, endangers national security, or disrupts social stability.
  2. Impersonating others, spreading false information, or using the Platform to commit fraud, money laundering, or other criminal acts.
  3. Attacking or disrupting the Platform’s servers and network security, or using any malicious software or crawler programs to interfere with normal operations.
  4. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

VI. Intellectual Property Notice

  1. All content contained on the Platform (including but not limited to text, images, icons, audio, video, software, trademarks, layout design, etc.) is owned by tons-shop or relevant right holders.
  2. Without prior written permission from us or the relevant right holders, no one may unauthorizedly use, copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit the aforementioned content, otherwise they shall bear corresponding legal liabilities.

VII. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. Platform Service Interruption: Given the special nature of internet services, if service is interrupted or delayed due to hacker attacks, network operator failures, system maintenance, etc., tons-shop will try its best to repair it within a reasonable time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any economic or emotional losses caused to you thereby.
  2. Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided solely for your convenience. tons-shop exercises no control over and assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy policies, or operations of such third-party websites.

VIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law: The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
  2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the performance of this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court with jurisdiction where the operating entity of tons-shop is located.
